  • Description: Put down your luggage for a few months in this well-equipped chalet in the center of Torio. In the heart of the “Los Pinos” estate, you'll benefit from easy 4x4-free access and private parking. The chalet is set in a peaceful green setting, with a covered terrace equipped with hammocks to enjoy the mountain views. Inside, the single-storey chalet is laid out as follows:
    • An open-plan kitchen (fridge, gas stove, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery) opening onto a small living room with sofa.
    • A bathroom with shower
    • A bedroom with a bunk bed: the owner agrees to remove this bed if you wish to use it as a desk or for other purposes.
    • A master bedroom with a small dressing room and bathroom with shower
    • A covered terrace
    Please note:
    • Gas hot water.
    • AC in the master bedroom, sufficient to cool the whole chalet.
    • Wifi access via Starlink (approx. 10 megs).
    • All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
    • Linen provided: 4 bath towels, 3 bed spreads, 1 set of sheets for each bed, pillows.
    • Access to shared laundry facilities: $5 wash + tumble dry.
    • The second bathroom has electrical and hydraulic connections to install a washing machine.
    Rent:
    • 600 per month, for a lease of 7 months or more
    • 900 per month, for a lease of 3 to 6 months
    • 1200 per month, for a 2-month lease

Location

  • Description: TORIO | The second-largest town in the Mariato district, with a residential feel. In recent years, the community has grown considerably, with a significant proportion of immigrants of all nationalities. The village is split in two, with the beach on one side and the mountains and jungle on the other. Here you'll find numerous restaurants and tourist activities such as waterfalls, hiking trails, electric bike and surfboard rentals, and a skate park.
