LONG-TERM RENTAL MANAGEMENT
If you want to avoid constant turnover and obtain a regular income, opt for long-term rental.
The Mariato district is a growing area attracting new residents (Panamanian or foreign) who are unwilling or unable to commit to a purchase. If you have vacant furnished or unfurnished accommodation, give it a new lease of life!

Pack 1: Remuneration equivalent to 1 month’s rent for a contract signed for 1 year or more. Payment in proportion to the duration of the contract signed for any contract of less than 1 year.
Pack 2: % of the monthly rent each month
